Frankly, I could not less muscle and calories (regardless of whether it is just a marketing gimmick or not care). What interests me is the health of the feet and legs. Since I have a chronic case of the knee racer (although I no longer work), I had almost resigned, knee pain, when I was training heavy on squats and lunges. No more! I have absolutely the better these shoes I feel surprised. The negative heel keeps me in shape right in the squatand locks, and are now in a squat position by side with the weights, not just uncomfortable. In fact, the first day I brought them was a day when I had terrible pain in his knee, while only walking to my normal gym shoes (that is a good brand). I moved to this earth shoes and could not believe the difference is no knee pain at all. Walking in them feels like moss on the elastic.

I love these shoes and recommend them. I have two pairs of shoes, like the Earthwell and are also fabulous.

I bought the upgrade to this shoe, which includes the 760-model. The shoe is not shown, which seem as good or as good as the newer model. Apart from that, I'll tell you a shoe with motion control stability is. Unfortunately, no arch support. But I read a good foot and finding shoes large. The fact is that I do not know, I shoes - I have none of my foot. And this is great! My feet hurt with arthritis. So for me, the shoes that work well is difficult, especially ---for my workouts. These are great and I bought two pairs of them.

I suggest you buy at least half and maybe a full size larger than street shoes. Of course, it Should have your feet measured at least once a year, Because Most of us find our feet to get with age and are often our bows, leading to a certain extent, flat feet.

These shoes are ideal for people with flat feet and foot problems. Certainly not a shoe is good for everyone. But I think these shoes just great.
